Returns Policy

Returns Overview

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days days have gone by since your order delivery date as recorded by the shipping tracking information, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  All returns must be packed securely and should be shipped in their original outer shipping carton using the original packing protection. If the original outer shipping carton and packing protection are not available, then you may substitute a strong outer shipping carton and foam packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.

You may start a return by replying to the confirmation email that you received after placing your order, adding the word RETURN at the beginning of your subject line.  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at returns@cartermedicalsupply.com with subject: DAMAGED.  Please send photo(s) of the damaged goods. We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a refund.  Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange in the body of the message.

Keep a record of your return shipping tracking number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Carter Medical Supply expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply our Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through CarterMedicalSupply.com.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

  • Items that have been damaged by the customer.
